Greetings of peace to you!!!We are truly thankful to the Almighty God for the numerous blessings bestowed upon us over the years. We are grateful for the successful journey we had during the Academic year 2023-24. As we embark on a new academic year, we eagerly anticipate a fresh start filled with abundant opportunities for growth and renewed enthusiasm.

We express our gratitude to you, dear Parents, for joining us on our journey to success over the years by entrusting your children to our care. We rely on the Almighty God for His abundant blessings as we embark on another year filled with opportunities and challenges in the realm of education.

We extend our gratitude to all of you for the unwavering support and encouragement that have greatly enriched our efforts in shaping the young minds into better individuals. We kindly ask for your continued wholehearted cooperation in the upcoming academic year as well.

Reopening Day - Academic Year 2024-25

Re-opening Date

Class I to Class X

Kindergarten

3rd June’24 (Monday)

12th June'24 (Wednesday)

Timings : Half working day - 07:50 AM to 12:15 PM

·         Students are required to wear the full uniform for the designated day.

·         They must bring only a rough notebook and necessary stationery.

·         Reopening day will be a half working day for students.

·         Parents are requested to drop and pick up their ward(s), as there will be no transportation available on that day.

Results & Uniform, Book Distribution for Class KG to Class VIII

 

Parents are advised to bring their ward (dressed in Blue Uniform) to school on the designated dates as listed in the table below, while coming for results.

Kindly note, Text Books, Uniforms & Shoes can be purchased on the same day of the result.

·         Please make alternate arrangements to collect Books, Uniform & Shoes on the specified dates mentioned if you are not available on the same day.

·         We sincerely request you to adhere to the date prescribed to avoid last minute rush.

·         Students (of any grade) who have not yet collected their Books / Uniforms / Shoes on the scheduled dates may do so on April 5th, 2024 between 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Please note, Full Pants (Blue & White) for Boys {From Class 5 onwards} is available.

Instructions & Information

·         Ensure your ward is always punctual & reaches school by or before 07:45am

·         Students must always be dressed neatly for school.

·         Make sure all assignments given by teachers are completed.

·         Please refrain from visiting classrooms or teachers during school hours. Parents can meet the Class teacher or Subject teacher after 2:15pm or on PTM / Open Days.

·         You may write notes in the diary for any clarifications.

·         ‘Parent’s Daily Signature’ is required in the diary for any entry made by the student.

·         Kindly be advised that once a student has been allocated to a specific section, it is not permitted to switch sections midway through the Academic Year (2024-25).

·         When dropping and picking up your ward from school, we request that you leave them at the gate and promptly depart to minimize any traffic disruptions.

·         We encourage birthdays to be celebrated by gifting a book or sapling to the school. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping our children grow gracefully with us.

Academic School Fee

The Fee details for all students are regularly updated on the portal and must be paid through the online portal link, which can be found on the School Website Student Login.

If you face any difficulties or problems while making a payment for fees, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Office for assistance. Please note, Payment in Cash or by Cheque will not be accepted.
